The applicant should be proficient in both verbal and written communication, possess a willingness to be of assistance, have a positive demeanor and be adept with computers and technologically.
This person will be responsible for the overall support to a dedicated team of 7 real estate agents and property managers and be a positive representative of the company in contact with clients, tenants, vendors and other Realtors.
The applicant should be skilled in all manner of computer utilization including but not limited to application of all Microsoft Office suite software, QuickBooks, Facebook and other social media and advertising dashboards and sites as well as understand the use and function of basic office machines.
Routine office function including creation and maintenance of physical and digital files and records of all listings, closed transactions, failed transactions, leases and associated document files, work orders, deposit information and other documents as provided or required will be necessary, as well as the functional and physical organization of the office. The company provides a detailed Policies and Procedures manual.
