Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) support of Microsoft Azure within CenturyLink?s customer?s environments, crisis management, change management, and hands-on technical support. Support is on customer premises and possibly remote. The prospective candidate must minimally possess in-depth knowledge and be capable of supporting the following.
? Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure Orchestrator
? Azure AD, Azure WAF, Azure Resource Manager Experience Required
? Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Applications is a Plus
? Experience with and understanding of virtualization technologies
? Good understanding & knowledge of storage types, SAN, NAS, and connection types for such storage
? Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) support of servers, crisis management and hands-on technical support
? Experience implementing, migrating, managing, and operating systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment?
? Experience writing technical documentation, especially in relation to Cloud
? Understanding of TCP/IP
? Knowledge and experience resolving security vulnerabilities?
? O&M support of Windows and Virtual Machines
? O&M support of application and middleware servers, such as Java
? Installation, configuration, and O&M support of monitoring solutions across the support platforms
? O&M application of security updates and quarterly patch management across all systems working closely with customer and internal Industrial Security teams for remediation
? Vulnerability remediation of infrastructure elements working with customer and internal Industrial Security teams
? Perform incident and change management on all devices and operating systems
? Perform maintenance as required
? Participate in on-call schedule and patch rotations
? Mentor other Mid-Level Windows Administrators
