    Customer Operations Assistant

     

    Position Overview

    RetroBath Makeover is a rapidly expanding company that is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Customer Operations Assistant to join our team. This team member will support our production manager daily by assisting current customers with production/product questions. You will be the main point of contact of the company for our existing client base. A successful Customer Operations Assistant will serve as the liaison between our customers, the home office and our field installation team. You will have excellent communication skills as well as a background in production (construction experience is a plus). The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, positive and hard working while continuously developing their skills and knowledge.     Key Responsibilities

    · Works within the company to support the customers' requirements through timely order entry until their product is shipped

    · Reports to the production manager daily on progress and potential issues

    · Works closely with installers and the warehouse, coordinating warehouse inventory and the installation schedule

    · Manage customer accounts including daily order processing and customer communication. This person is the center of customer focus! This could include responses to potential quality issues, shipment arrangements and production follow up with the rest of the company

    · This team member will oversee customer relations from a production standpoint

    · Obtains and oversees the reporting and follow up with the business regarding customer feedback and quality complaints

    · Maintains the company’s database regarding customer feedback and installation schedules

    · Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must

    · Computer skills

    · Good organizational skills

    · Good negotiating skills

    · Ability to be able to quickly and accurately assess customer needs

    · Fluent in English (Bilingual a plus)

    · Work cross functionally with all functions of the business

    · A passion for sales

    Work Schedule

    · The typical work schedule for is 30-40 hrs/week.

    Experience:

    · Production, Customer Service and Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

    Education:

    · Minimum education is a high school diploma. Bachelor's a plus
