Client Care Specialist - Home Health Agency
Our Boca Raton agency is growing tremendously so we are adding a highly responsible client care specialist to our team! You must enjoy a very fast paced environment: be proactive, have unsurpassed customer service orientation, as well as be highly proficient on computers and the use of various technologies.
You will primarily be accountable for:
- managing new client prospects
- manage existing client and CAREGiver scheduling
- oversight of client care plans
- understanding AHCA home health regulations and ensuring full compliance for agency document and operational management.
In addition, you will back up the HR department assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and new hire orientation including virtual class facilitation.
Prior home health agency experience is mandatory and you must bring at least one year of supervisory or high level administrative supervision of home health agency personnel. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with AHCA regulations as they pertain to personal care home health agency operational compliance and have excellent skills in auditing and document management in a digital environment (not paper/manual files).
We are small but growing team: you must be energetic, willing to go above and beyond your job description, be a helpful team player backing up your colleagues, love to work with the senior/aging population, and be willing to share in after hours "on call" responsibilities for emergencies. College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred.
