    Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.  Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.  Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, Rochester, Nevada, Nashville, TN, Virginia/DC and Maryland area.   We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.   

    We are currently seeing a supportive Client Advocate/Staffing Coordinator to lead and assist our providers, clients and families through the intake process and continue to serve as their go-to person throughout ABA therapy services. This person must be empathetic and detail-oriented. This person will ensure that the client and their families are satisfied with the services they are receiving and act as the liaison with the BCBAs/LBAs. The Advocates is responsible to place Behavior Technicians on specific cases in their caseload in collaboration with the leadership team. 

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Guide parents/guardians through the intake process
    • Verify insurance authorization with our authorizations team
    • Obtain evaluation and prescription for ABA services from the client’s parent/guardian
    • Be accessible as providers’/parents'/guardians' go-to person with Proud Moments
    • Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, college careers services departments, and advertising agencies
    • Identifies the specific strengths of each provider to pair them properly with each client
    • Screens and interviews all BT/ BCBA applicants
    • Ensures that each candidate is saved properly on Proud Moments software 
    • Matches the needs of each client with a Paraprofessional
    • Extends verbal job offers
    • Updates the status of each provider in the system
    • Attends Job Fairs and works with employment agencies to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Coordinates Paraprofessional schedules to fit the needs of clients 
    • Regular quality assurance check-ins with client families and providers
    • Ensure that clients continue to obtain gold standard services
