    Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Defense team is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Division Site Supervisor.

    The Army Corps of Engineers - Information Technology (ACE-IT) provides secure enterprise-wide IT and information management support services to more than 37,000 USACE end users located throughout the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS). ACE-IT is the enterprise IT service delivery team for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting mission requirements using a site-specific support model aligned along the USACE Regional Business Centers. ACE-IT provides direct on-site command and control, coordination, planning, and operations and maintenance support for routine and emergency IT services.

    The Division Site Supervisor represents a highly visible Technical and Administrative management presence. The Division Site Supervisor possesses the technical skills, experience and leadership necessary to make decisions that ensure the highest level of guaranteed service to USACE. This position will ensure that adequate resources are allocated to the correctly prioritized and scheduled work. The site supervisor will ensure that our customer is fully informed on technical issues. Our staff, both Leidos and subcontractors will follow the technical and administrative lead of our designated site supervisor. This position will be based mainly onsite in the Washington, DC location, with some remote work allowed.


    • Primary POC for local server, network and telecom repair of district infrastructure components.

    • Coordinates local response to IAVA vulnerability remediation.

    • Responsible for SLR Performance.

    • Collaborates with the local ITC and Ops Officer to ensure the needs of the local ACE-IT user are understood and appropriately addressed.

    • Coordinates Level 3 support to the district technical personnel.

    • Primary escalation POC for after hours and VIP level support requests.

    • Ensure the work schedules of Leidos and subcontractor employees are established, documented and coordinated to provide coverage during contractually required operating hours.

    • Review current workloads and ticket distribution. In coordination with ITC, reassigns priorities to ensure service delivery metrics are met.

    • Responsible for monitoring the technical performance of Leidos and subcontractor staff and report exemplary or disciplinary performance to the Leidos Division Manager.

    • Monitor the effectiveness of Service Delivery to the local site and report discrepancies and escalations to the Leidos Division Manager

    • Provide weekly performance reports to the ITC and the Leidos Division Manager.

    • This role will require supervision of up to 12 people.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education

    • 5+ years' relevant experience.

    • Current, unexpired DOD 8570 Certification IAT Level II is required prior to start.

    • 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

    • Strong analytical and follow through skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

    • Ability to coordinate and get cooperation from multiple areas within IT to accomplish assignments.

    • Ability to work well independently on defined tasks.

    • Windows Server 2012; Active Directory

    • Networking Technologies (DNS, DHCP, WINS)

    • Cisco Telephony /Router Solutions.

    • VMware

    • Interim Secret Clearance initiation required.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience maintaining Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer devices (i.e. installing maintenance kits).

    • Prior USACE/ACE-IT experience.

    • Experience working in a DOD environment.
