Major responsibilities - Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references - Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked - Facilitates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused and brief - Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards - Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments - Collaborates with Product OwnerProduct Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible - Operates as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles - Supervises project planning - Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product OwnerProduct Manager, and Product Specialist - Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders - Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams - Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests - Collude with the Product OwnerProduct Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Engages with the Product OwnerProduct Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops - Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments Requirements - Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - You will be among the top applicants if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - Mergers Acquisitions (MA) experience - Knowledge of Intune - Proficiency in project management - Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused - Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management - Can work independently with minimal supervision - You might be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
