CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty, a real estate company with 13 offices in the DC metropolitan area is seeking candidates to fill the position of Agent Support Manager for our office in Leesburg, Virginia. The successful candidate for this position is a rockstar when it comes to supporting real estate agents—a creative problem solver who loves learning new things, meeting new people, and running a tight ship.
Responsibilities:
Assist the agents assigned to your office in utilizing company resources to grow their business
Work with our processes and tools to train and answer questions on Redwood Systems
Be the field liaison between our corporate staff and our agents: be the first person your agent goes to with questions.
Help promote events, training, and company policy announcements to agents through weekly update emails and social media posts to groups
Facilitate agent onboarding tasks
Present the Redwood Orientation video
Ensure that new agents can print, are assigned key fobs (for after-hours access to the office) and are trained on Redwood systems found on accessRedwood
Show agents how to search for solutions using Support Center
Work with the agent to gather their headshot and bio for the website
Add and welcome the agent to the Office FB Group
Work with the Success Coach to learn what additional training the agent needs on Redwood Systems and then provide additional support
Hold office training and workshops on Redwood Systems
Attend, participate and present in sales meetings
Coordinate vendors and guests for their participation in weekly sales meetings
Promote the company culture: quality over quantity; be positive, dynamic and supportive
Greet all visitors and agents as they arrive at the office, and answer incoming calls
Maintain office inventory of supplies
Scan and deposit all checks on the same business day they arrive
Participate in the improvement of company systems, processes, and procedures through regular discussions with Field Management
Monitor office security and safety and surface the need for any improvements
Operate your office’s mail room: sort and deliver incoming mail, UPS & FedEx packages; drop outgoing packages into nearest dropbox
Be trained on and reach minimum proficiency requirements on all company systems and procedures
Perform routine office maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, e.g., lights, office cleanliness, plants watered
Schedule unexpected office maintenance, e.g., facility repairs
Other responsibilities may include:
Supporting the managing broker (EVP) of your office
Other duties as assigned by EVP
Requirements:
Technical proficiency in modern web-based software like Google Apps, Social Media, and Messaging services, and the ability to teach those tools to others
Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor
Talented in organizing information and prioritizing daily responsibilities
Your compensation will include access to company Health Benefits plans, effective the first day of the month after your hire, and access to 401K plan after 6 months of continuous, full-time employment. Salary commensurate with experience.
