- Promptly greet and check in clients upon arrival. Check out clients after their visit
- Answer phones in a prompt, professional, friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, surgery and boarding reservations
- Accurately process monetary transactions. Reconcile nightly deposit and transactions
- Filing; general correspondences, including handwritten communications and email responses
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and organizations of waiting and reception area
- Serve as a information resource for clients regarding professional contacts and organizations
