Online Community Manager
We’re looking for an engaging, passionate person to take on day-to-day technical content creation for GoCanvas. We want you to get inside the heads of our customers and create multimedia documentation to address their diverse needs, use cases, and technical capabilities. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail and comes with the potential to have a major impact on a growing SaaS company.
The ideal candidate has experience writing technical content, recording and editing video tutorials, and understanding customer needs. You should be able to deliver clean copy quickly and efficiently and be a strong advocate for our customers.
