Job Description
Part-time Outpatient Clinic Director / Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
Infinity Rehab is looking for an Outpatient Clinic Director to ensure the efficient and effective operation of this beautiful outpatient clinic. You will provide direct therapy to patients and also monitor treatment schedules, and track/monitor/manage the financial performance of the Department. You will be evaluating and treating the aging adult population, and work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient/family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management.

You will participate in patient care meetings, educational in-services, caregiver orientation, and other professional activities.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (PT) or Associate's degree (PTA) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in the state of Oregon.
• Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated.
• 6 months - 1 year of geriatric experience is preferred.
