    The Role

    To fill this challenging position, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starting Sales Professional with experience selling customer-facing software preferable in the financial industry, who enjoys working in a highly professional team within a challenging and developing market space. You like being part of a fast-growing and modern company with roots in Switzerland and you appreciate the opportunity to contribute an important part to build up the US market in a complex and demanding industry.

    You will be responsible for the execution of the go-to-market strategy of your segment/region for the North American market and represent Unblu to customers. Your existing competence in selling customer-facing software will build the base for the rapid and sustainable growth of your customer base and revenue stream. You will be based in New Jersey and will report to the Head of Sales USA.

    Requirements

    • Build and manage a sustainable and growing opportunity pipeline
    • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing; both for new business and installed base business
    • Meet annual revenue goals
    • Give input to possible new partners and support the onboarding process
    • Review, manage and escalate requests and issues to resolution. Act as an advocate within Unblu to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed in a timely manner
    • Represent Unblu at meetings and events

    Skills

    • At least 5 years of proven success in client-facing software selling in the financial industry in the US market
    • Proven track record in quota over-achievement
    • Basic understanding of Web technologies and the setup of digital channels
    • Experience in demoing a system
    • Excellent communicator in written and verbal
    • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
    • Experience in prospecting, client consultation, problem-solving, closing and maintaining multiple client accounts
    • Self-motivated, work independent
    • Ready to travel


    Education

    • Masters degree in either business administration, economics or Information Technology or equivalent
