We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Columbia, MD office! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
* Draft Correspondences and other formal documents
* Prepare Powerpoint Presentations
* Prepare excel charts, graphs and sales presentations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Microsoft Office Suite a must - Heavy use of Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
