    Job Description

    Summary Ensures and lends direction for implementing the complete suite of design verification and validation efforts for HTL products. Description Ensures and lends direction for implementing the complete suite of design verification and validation efforts for HTL products to include reliability testing MTBF prediction, stress screening, and failure analysis. Proven experience in implementing quality policies procedures, and strong knowledge of QA principles statistical tools ideally in an environment including both electronics hardware software development through product builds and shipment. Proficiency with HALTHASS testing and statistical improvement methodologies strongly preferred. Qualifications BS in an Engineering field. 3+ years of experience performing quality assurance functions within an advance technology organization. Extensive knowledge of QA principles, procedures, tools, and process improvement methodologies (DFXDesign for Manufacturability, LeanSix Sigma, Root Cause Corrective Action, AS9100, ISO 9000). Experienced in the effective utilization of statistical methods software in both manufacturing design verification environments. Strong data-driven records management and control skills.
