        Job Description

        Description:

        We are looking for a Construction Administrator to join our team! This is a short term 4-5 month contract position.

        • Tracking of projects material and inventory purchases using Bluebeam
        • Maintain and organize Purchase Approvals, receipts, and invoices for project materials and expenses, and submit to Accounting department
        • Scope of Work review for quantity, descriptions, rebates, and pricing
        • Coordinating and communicating with Project Manager and Field Project Managers
        • Client and subcontractor inspection form creation and review
        • Utility rebate application and documentation filing
        • Tracking of inventory in storage units
        • Lien initial notices to customers and subcontractor lien waiver forms
        • Weekly project meetings and reviewing project checklists
        • Email notifications and reminders across different departments on project progress and completion
        • Update customer contact information in survey tracking spreadsheet for Marketing department
        • Scanning, filing and other duties and tasks as needed
