Job Description
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Director, Franchise Sales & Development to join our team at the Anywhere in the United States location in Anywhere, Anywhere.
This position oversees Franchise Sales & Development activity for our 20 U.S. brands. This position must prospect for conversion and new development opportunities within a specific territory and also negotiate and execute new franchise agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaborating with corporate team members, managing relationships (internal and external), forecasting potential sales, and performing development research.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and researching new franchise opportunities
- Negotiating and executing (document management and closing) franchise agreements
- Managing relationships
- Forecasting
- Extensive sales experience
- A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects
- Some new construction development knowledge
- A desire to travel
- A college degree is preferred
- A valid driver’s license
