        Job Description

        Our Global Security organization is comprised of multiple teams that work together to support our operations around the globe. Facebook is seeking a Global Security Protective Services, Leadership Support Manager - NORAM. The role is broad and involves strong operational, strategic and interpersonal skills. The Leadership Support Manager - NORAM will interface with employees and support staff across multiple teams within and outside of Facebook. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Principles of Protection, that will allow them to think independently, make constructive recommendations for program improvements, and problem solve quickly. We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual that is diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, works very well both independently and in a team and has demonstrated excellent judgment and decision-making skills. This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Global Security, Protective Services, Leadership Support. Maintain close partnerships with Facebook Global Events, Regional Security, Intelligence and Travel teams. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guideline and policies. Engage and inspire others, sought out for expertise and assistance. Inclusive and respectful in working with others and conveys a sense of trust and integrity. Effectively interfaces with cross-functional teams on questions regarding the support of executives. Can bring forward ideas to improve the program and, with oversight, can effectively execute. Ability to give clear, concise direction. Domestic and international travel will be required, in addition to some night and weekend assignments. 8+ years of experience in Executive Protection, protection of individuals, or similar assignment. Experience in protection strategies, tactics and technology. Experience in organizing international trips for individuals. Experience in solving logistical problems or leading a team of agents. Experience in analyzing information, determining contexts, taking appropriate action, and choosing the correct course of action. Experience communicating, presenting and fielding questions from Executives and their staff. Interpersonal experience and customer service mentality. Project management experience including organization, communications, documentation and cross group collaboration. Experience working with or in diverse communities.
