Aventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an Assistant Nurse Manager to work at our facility in Rockville, MD who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
The assistant nurse manager is responsible for the execution of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. The assistant nurse manager will consistently demonstrate professionalism and will uphold standards of practice by holding team members accountable for continued compliance in accordance with organizational policies, protocols and guidelines.
•Valid Maryland RN license required
•Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, Master's degree preferred
•5+ years of nursing experience, rehab preferred
•1-3 years of nurse management experience
•Critical thinking and analytical skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
