Four Twelve Roofing is looking for an entry level general construction laborer to join our team. Four Twelve offers a great workplace and environment - where you are respected for your abilities and given ample responsibility to shine in your role. We stay busy - maintaining a 3 week pipeline of work for the last 2 years - and we can’t get enough quality people to join our internal crew.

The majority of work we do is residential flat roofing and shingle roofing. We are looking for people interested in learning skills as roofers, carpenters and general construction laborers to join our team and grow with the company. No experience required - just hard work ethic, dependability and eagerness to grow in a new role / career.
Requirements:
-Personal smart phone
-Transportation to and from work
-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
Skills and experience (experience in any of the below trades in a plus / bonus):
-Asphalt shingle roofing
-Torch roofing
-TPO / EPDM roofing
-Sheet metal experience and knowledge of how to use a brake
-Flashing
-Gutters and downspouts
-Drywall and paint repair
-Siding
-Exterior trim / carpentry

This would be a 30 - 60 hour per week position, overtime pay included. Opportunity for advancement within the company, after demonstration of quality performance.
