Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.
This Position is responsible for assisting customers in Shipping, Mailing, Packaging, Document services (Printing, binding etc ..). Additionally, the person is responsible for educating customers about our services and products, UP sell and cross sell our services to the customers. We provide Uniform, badge, Training etc. Flexible hours. Job Requirements -- Prior experience in sales and up selling and cross selling as needed to the customers through various sales techniques. -- Proficient in basic math skills in order to perform cashiering functions --- Excellent communication skills, Dependability and Reliability. --- Proficient in computer usage, MS OFFICE, IE , photo shop, Design and other standard applications is a must. When applying please mention your experience with MS Office Adobe Creative Suite, and designing. --- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Full-time associates must be available to work 35 hours or more per week, including some Saturdays a month. --- Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer --- Should be able to work alone multi tasking and remembering the things to be charged correctly. --- Quick learner and ability to adopt to new configurations and tasks. --- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. --- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments. Multi tasking and be able to prioritize the tasks based on the needs. --- Interested in marketing.
