Requirements
The primary duty of the kitchen staff is to prepare and maintain the standards of the kitchen.
- Detailed knowledge of menu and preparation methods
- Understand and deploy company policies
- Thrill the guest thru proper execution of menu items
- Notify servers (when applicable) when food is ready
- Keep work stations clean, organized, and well stocked
- Communication with management regarding kitchen needs and satisfaction of guests
- Perform all assigned side work
- Ensure all safe food handling procedures are followed
- Adhere to and follow employee handbook
- Help other team members
- Ensure ‘All’ guests needs are met
