At Brown Bag, a fast casual healthy restaurant we offer a lifestyle that balances work and personal time. We are looking for the right person to join our team to be the lead prep cook in one of our locations in DC.
We're a growing restaurant concept that serves the urban/suburban market with freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering services. No late nights; store close by 8 pm. Monday - Saturday.
Must have saute and grill cook experience.
Requirements:
3+ Years experience in scratch kitchen
