We are currently looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Associates responsible for assisting licensed Mortgage Loan Officers with managing and caring for their clients: A Mortgage Loan Assistant would ensure the following:
• That the borrower is provided exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process
• Communicate clearly with all internal and third parties involved with each loan application
• Maintain accurate and up to date statuses in loan origination system pertaining to the process
• Follow up on outstanding items reflected on check list provided by Loan Officer
• Maintain, understand, and follow Family First Funding LLC policies at all times
• Work with urgency on priority items
• Organize daily workload with manager
Mortgage Loan Associates will be encouraged to gain state licensure and supported with training, company paid licensing, and on the job training.
