Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. Assist product owners in designing , building and configuring reinsurance solution Understand and identify gaps In existing business process for Claims Operation Act as single point of contact to support ITApplication team for Development Training BArsquos , Product owner and IT Teams on reinsurance platform Own and manage product integration. Enhancing the quality of IT products and services. Utilizing IT data for business insights. Sourcing and implementing new business technology. Analyzing data to inform business needs. Liaising between the IT departments and executive branch. Process Skills Excellent problem solving skills Analytical mindset. Should be responsible, accountable and work independently Innovative thinking and bringing up new ideas to spruce the project will be a bonus Behavioral Skills Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
