We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to execute and innovate paid social programmatic campaigns across T-Mobile LOBs. This role is a leader within our organization, charged with collaborating internally and externally to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results.
Reporting into the Manager, Programmatic Media, you'll own the day-to-day execution and optimization for T-Mobile's social media campaigns. In particular, your focus will be on maintaining a pulse on the performance of your campaigns through ongoing analysis and collaboration with team members to ensure proper tagging and trafficking for clean data. Do you have the demonstrated experience within social programmatic platforms and an understanding of the underlying auction dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage T-Mobile's addressable social advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms; including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Implement and adhere to the defined campaign launch and ongoing QA processes
  • Execute on team-set strategy in platform, and suggest improvements/iterations for existing and net new campaigns
  • Refine and iterate on the established standard methodologies around paid social marketing internally including campaign management, optimization, reporting, cross-functional teamwork and vendor/partner management and billing
  • Work closely with fellow activation team members on campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting
  • Implement and optimize the custom audience strategies utilizing 1st party data and inventory strategies using data to inform decision making

Qualifications

Finalists will have the following requisite qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in paid social buying whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry, inventory and social media platform landscape
  • Test and learn approach driving strong data analysis abilities and the capability to identify trends within large data sets
  • Experience in handling a range of campaigns across a range of products, goals, and target audiences
  • Domain expertise in Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in an innovative work environment
  • Outstanding ability to learn, adapt, discover, and test new ideas
  • Four-year college degree required
