Personal Advice Services (PAS) Growth marketing is looking for a Product Owner to establish the vision for marketing to Prospects. This role will partner closely with the product owner responsible for marketing to retail clients to drive the execution of key marketing goals and objectives. Accountable for business outcomes, you will lead a cross-functional team's efforts to identify, evaluate, prioritize and implement high quality traffic-driving marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner for PAS Growth & UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) Marketing, you will serve as a critical member of the team leading Vanguard's Advice Growth initiatives, and have distinct ownership of the marketing strategy for converting pure Prospects. In this role, you will:
Lead product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.
Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
Coach product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

What it takes:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
