We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking Education and Office Coordinator to join our team at Association Company, LLC. As the Education and Office Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for helping to create educational webcasts, updating educational websites, helping office staff with office communications, helping office staff to send out educational mailings, and performing other general office coordinator duties that can include travel to our bi-annual conferences in Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV.
The Company:
Association Company, LLC, located in Glen Allen, Virginia, helps to manage four non-profit managed care education associations – NAMCP Medical Directors Institute, the American Association of Managed Care Nursing (AAMCN), the American Board of Managed Care Nursing (ABMCN) and the American Association of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems (AAIHDS).
These four non-profit organizations provide continuing education through two live bi-annual conferences (located in Orlando and Las Vegas), online education, published print education and other educational tools and resources to medical directors, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
The Position:
We are looking for a full-time (40 hour/week) Education and Office Coordinator to help with deliver education in a variety of ways to the members and participants of the associations. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications, be proficient with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel, and be willing and flexible to learn new responsibilities on the job. A flexible attitude with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Our office is located in Glen Allen, Virginia. Office hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
