    Scope and Purpose of Position

    The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supporting the Call Center Team.

    Essential Functions

    • Supervise the call center representative team to include selection, training and development, coaching, counseling and performance management
    • Responsible to support Service Team with daily challenges including provider calls
    • Perform performance reviews and feedback to team associates; schedule time off/vacations, rotating Saturday schedules, and CTC coverage when assigned; and deliver disciplinary action as needed
    • Maintain attendance records and review time cards to submit to payroll
    • Share knowledge with the team
    • Adhere to privacy and confidential and proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA)
    • Attend, follow up and resolve customer complaints and questions. Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Call Center Manager(s)

    Education & Experience

    • Preferred bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination or experience and education
    • Three (3) plus years of related experience.

    Competencies

    • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of the organization
