We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Telemarketer, Appointment Setters - Merchant Services.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

* Open new business accounts with our products and services
* Generate pipeline with self-sourced and company-generated leads
* Identify customer needs and adequately represent our products' features and benefits
* Stay current with sales pricing, prepare pricing quotations and share information about financing options available
* Properly display products and manage stock inventory for stores
* Provide ongoing account maintenance and work in conjunction with in-house customer service and tech support teams
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred, knowledge of customer service principles, processes and sales principles
* Relevant product knowledge and training, experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment, and basic business administration knowledge
* Minimum of 1 Year sales experience
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.
* Experience in Merchant Services, Prepaid, Point of Sale Systems a plus!
* Must have own transportation
* Good communication skills, customer service orientation, patience, adaptability, initiative, persuasiveness, stress tolerance, self-motivated, high energy level, Integrity
* Basic computer skills
