HRS, Inc. is looking for a salesperson to handle all sales of our educational eLearn courses related to the field of IDD and other lower-priced services. Because our prospects mostly work in the field of IDD, having familiarity with this field will help you be successful in this position. You will handle the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to working them to a CLOSE! Smaller price-points mean a shorter sales cycle and a faster close. Many of our lower-priced services auto-renew, resulting in continuing commission with minimal work for you. Most leads come in via marketing activities however some email and phone prospecting will be necessary.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS
· Salary: $30,000.00 base + commission (once min. sales reached)

DUTIES
· Prospect new leads including via LinkedIn.
· Qualify new sales leads
· Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
· Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
· Track all sales activities in the company CRM system (Zoho) and keep current by updating account information regularly
· Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
· Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
· Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
· Meet and/or exceed quotas
· Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Inside Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
· Experience in the Human Services field
· Being very comfortable with technology is a must
· Outgoing, a natural extrovert, can have a conversation with anyone
· Driven. Can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
· Persistent. Able to follow up and not let communication fall through the cracks
· Ethical and fun to be around
