Our Finance consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full scale finance transformation. Minimum Education/ Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a degree related to tasking (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar etc.)
Professional Experience
• Must have 2 years of full-time related experience, to include:
o At least three months direct experience using RPA and/or Artificial Intelligence software (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
o At least three months experience with the following technologies; JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
Clearance
• Active Secret or above
• Must be a US Citizen
Knowledge Preferred:
• Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations
• Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management
Experience Preferred:
• Automation development experience
• Business process analysis and optimization
• Gathering requirements and process mapping
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts
Skills Required:
• Demonstrates thorough skills and/or proven success in a role participating in projects including the following:
o Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment
o Strong organization and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through;
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
o Willingness and ability to train and lead
o Contributing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members
o Ability to work effectively with a variety of skill sets to tackle complex challenges
