Stewart's Federal Credit Union is growing! We are adding a Member Service Representative to our team. All team members provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service experience to our members.  

Requirements:
• Possess a high level of customer service while working in a fast paced, open environment.
• Team oriented, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Ability to handle confidential information as well as follow all regulatory guidelines for banking industry.
• Experience in banking or financial service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities: 
• Perform routine member transactions in person and over the phone.
• Run daily and monthly transaction postings and GL postings.
• Perform morning and end of day processing.
• Cross train in lending, underwriting, card services, and back office.
• Opportunity for growth.

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Thursdays & Fridays until 5pm on a rotating schedule.
