Restaurant group needs Rock Stars: Bar Server Attendants. The right candidate will have experience in a high volume, dining environment with at least two years of Front of House service experience.

 Bar Server Attendants:

·         The FOH Staff member has mastery in service skills (bartending skills a plus, server skills, cocktail server skills, guest service focus, food assembly knowledge, stay’s organized, follows service standards)

·         The FOH Staff member builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication

·         The FOH Staff member understands performance criteria, holds themselves accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills

·         The FOH Staff member understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals

Restaurant Operations Qualifications:

·         Must have 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant field

·         Experience with sales volume of at least $2 million in annual sales
