Healing Home Healthcare is a fast-growing high-tech home care agency located in Manassas Virginia. The agency is looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional who will assist in growing the agency. Marketing professionals will be establishing relationships with community referral partners, assisting the Administrator and CEO with strategic growth, and work for hand in hand with the clinical administrative team.
Productivity is evaluated every 30 days. The home health marketing professional will be required to obtain:
10 traditional Medicare referrals a month.
10 nontraditional Medicare referrals a month.
Establish working relationships with 3 new referral partners per month.
The marketing professional will be required to
Submit marketing daily report log every Monday for the previous week.
Directs all daily marketing operations and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.
Problem solves any issues or concerns from a referral source or patient and keep supervisor and the appropriate department engaged.
Assist the Administrator in establishing capacity management strategy for the marketing department. Monitor allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
Establish and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
Provide leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Healing Home Healthcare.
Requirements:
Home Health or Medical experience (Pharmaceutical marketing or sales, Medical Equipment marketing or sales) required.
1 year of marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree
