We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team to develop a range of compelling marketing materials for internal and external audiences. This individual will be primary responsible for producing high-quality ad concepts, brochures, white-papers, and additional graphic design that's needed in both print and digital formats. The candidate is expected to produce compelling advertising and design solutions that meet and align with marketing and campaign strategies. This candidate will also be responsible for supporting several functions on the marketing team and will interact daily with product marketing, management and other personnel to coordinate efforts and requests. The ideal candidate will be familiar with creating consumer-facing ads and have expert knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and a proficiency in WordPress development. This individual will be expected to adhere to corporate and partner branding guidelines, maintain proper version and quality control, meet expected deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities of the GraphicUXUI Designer Design digital and print collateral that strongly resonate with a range of target audiences while maintaining consistency and adhering to brand guidelines Create OOH visual concepts to communicate design ideas in context of size, scale and location Design internal and external print and digital collateral in a variety of formats including (websites, landing pages, newsletter templates, promotional materials, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and social content) Leverage UXUI design skills in HTMLCSS, and WordPress, for creating web, landing pages, email design, and image optimization Create logo and icon prototypes for new and existing products Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop the overall layout and design for various print and digital applications Strengthen our brand assets, messaging, photography, videos, and style guides Maintain and monitor the timely development of high quality, innovative, creative concepts, and designs for multiple projects Develop or modify graphical templates based on customer or business requirements Requirements of the GraphicUXUI Designer Strong proficiency expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign) Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well Have expertise and experience with creating content for print media, digitalweb, OOH, broadcast, and social Customer focused team player and ability to work with various different departments daily Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to converse with engineers and non-engineers of diverse backgrounds Ability to handle tasks with competing priorities effectively Must have excellent time management skills to ensure priorities are met and are delivered on time Proficiency with Microsoft Publisher, Power Point and Word Understanding of graphic image formats and editing (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) Problem solving skills with ability to define problems, research solutions and present recommendations Ability to work well independently or as a team Required Experience Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of professional experience in related field advertising or graphic design with proven agency andor in-house experience Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UIUX best practices Experience creating consumer facing advertisement and design is a plus Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently Customer focused, team player, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Job ID 347138 About Eliassen Group Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
