ARBO Employment Group is a specialized staffing consultant with a focus on recruiting for clients with field operations in the water/wastewater industry.

We are currently seeking candidates with field inspection experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is ambitious and looking to expand their role within a company that is growing.

In this position, you would play a key role in helping to identify issues in your community’s water/wastewater systems essential to reducing or eliminating the environmental impacts of raw sewage entering the waterways. Steady hours with plenty of opportunity for travel pay and overtime.

Duties:

• Operating Jetter/Vacuum Combo Truck in various project locations
• Performing evaluations and cleanings on municipal infrastructure
• Following proper safety procedures on all work sites
• Input data into company assigned tablets
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance and scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs when needed
• Cross-training with crews in other aspects of the team (CCTV, Push Units, etc.)
• Operating as a positive ambassador to the public and project leads

Qualifications:

• CDL Class B with tanker endorsement prefered
• Ability and willingness to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Experience operating Vacuum Truck, Jetter, or Combo Truck preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Employment contingent on passing a drug screen, 7-year background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check
• OSHA 10 Hour, Confined Space Entry, and First Aid/CPR certifications a plus
• Ability to travel as needed
