    Employer Sales and Marketing Specialist An ADP Client, Family Wealth Group is currently seeking an Employer Sales and Marketing Specialist to join the team in Lexington, KY 40509. Our team of financial service professionals can help you create a well-thought-out strategy, using a variety of investments and insurance products, designed to help you address your financial needs and concerns. * About the Role: The Employer Based Relationship Specialist serves as a liaison between the company and the HR Decision makers that support potential company clients, cultivating and fostering long-term relationships, [resenting to potential clients in their current employer setting and off-site meeting locations, upholding a warm, welcoming company atmosphere, and ensuring dependable and open client communication. This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be expected to work in both the team setting and independently to meet specified goals/objectives of The Family Wealth group. This is a Full-time position with office hours of 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Additional work hours are expected as needed and required due to employer and presentation schedules. Accommodations will be made as needed for flex time with supervisor's approval. Locations: Both Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY are included in this territory. Time will be spent on-site in both locations and points between. Travel and transportation are expected between both areas. A clean driving record is expected. Vehicle and Insurance are the responsibility of the employee. Mileage is provided. Key Personality Traits: Enthusiastic, persuasive, optimistic, go-getter who is detail oriented and precise. Responsibilities: * Establish and cultivate cooperative, affable relationships with clients. * Maintain open, consistent and dependable communication with clients via email, telephone and/or by mail. * Schedule appointments and maintaining and update appointment calendars * Hear and respond to requests from client or prospective clients. * File and maintain records. * Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization or services provided. * Attend and aid company events, conventions and seminars. * Recruit and engage potential clients at company events, conventions, seminars, familiarize each prospect with the company's purpose. * Deliver requested information, documents, cards or gifts to clients, using computer, telephone and/or email. * Sort mail and deliver to the appropriate personnel within the company. * Keep track of daily appointments, making oneself aware of when and who is entering the establishment. * Greet both client and prospective clients entering the establishment/ * Serve as a "back-up" for other positions in the marketing department. Skills: Our ideal candidate/Skills/Knowledge: Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. * Experience in Human Resources and/or sales preferred but not required. * Knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, presenting, promoting and selling products, services or ideas. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. * Knowledge of financial terminology and their applications such as securities, life and health insurance, etc. * Knowledge of both new and existing products that the company offers to clients. * Knowledge if the principles and processes for providing client and personal services. This includes client needs assessments, meeting quality standard for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction. * Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures; Word processing, managing files/records, stenography and transcription, designing forms and other office procedures. * Knowledge of computer hardware and software, computer programs, office tools (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Adobe, Databases, CRM's, Internet, Copier Machines, etc. Electronic Equipment and applications.
