MW Partners is currently seeking a Senior Web Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products. Responsibilities and duties The Senior Analyst of Web Analytics is part of the Digital Media Web Analytics team, responsible for driving deeper customer analytics and insights for the Creative Cloud business. The team is responsible for deeper understanding of ability to deliver an optimal customer experience to attract, convert and retain Creative Cloud customers. The team measures all aspects of the web marketing strategy to ensure high conversion, retention and engagement rates on the site. The Senior Analyst will be an excellent Analytics and big data analyst that excels in data storytelling. Partner with go to market teams, marketing and product teams to deliver insight and understanding of customer behavior Synthesize Analytics and Hadoop data to drive deeper understanding of site activity and customer journeys Understand key business priorities and marketing goals and create an analytics roadmap for the site to support sales and marketing goals Identify site requirements to ensure proper tracking of new pages and experiences work closely with the analytics enablement team to ensure requirements are implemented Set and deliver on web goals and targets to drive improvements to web traffic, conversion, engagement, and retention Collaborate with other marketing analytics teams and researchers and contribute to holistic funnel measurement Work with analytics teams and technology partners to drive the next generation of analytics tools Analytics Skill Set Expert with Analytics analysis and insight generation. Able to prioritize and establish analytics strategy to deliver actionable insights. Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with advanced SQL knowledge in large, complex data environments Expert with Hadoopbig data environments to synthesize and analyze data Expert at the creation and use of Excel pivot tables to drive analytics. Tableau skills strongly desired. Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies Ability to knit together Analytics and customer attribute data to deliver robust insights into customer behavior. Experience forecasting website trafficorders desired, but not mandatory Data management and modeling a plus Leadership Proactive driver of initiatives with an excellent ability to multitask Ability to prioritize across diverse stakeholder needs Partner with eCommerce, marketing, IT and web strategy teams to develop analytics and insights to acquire and retain customers Collaborate across functional teams to deliver insights and observations on customers and marketing effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Collaborate with IT and analytics enablement teams to ensure timely capture of analytics data and delivery of insights Strong communication and presentation skills Ideal candidate can communicate clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels within the organization. They can tell a story from the data including recommendations that impact the business. The ability to transform data into clear PowerPoint based presentations for senior leaders ndash and explain the story behind the data - is critical for success. Typical Deliverables Weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, clickstream analytics). Lead development of senior management dashboards. Website behavior and customer experience analysis. Data consolidation and validation. Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations. Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and AB testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis. Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members. Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion presentations for improving those processes. Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders. Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree (MBA preferred). Atleast three to four years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools Analytics, Google Analytics etc. Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research. Three to five years of experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce or online support environments. High level of expertise with Business Intelligence tools, two plus years, such Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos etc with experience writing and tuning sql queries in a online or offline environment. Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills. Three to five years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions business units preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques a plus. Using strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and convinces key Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions. Identifies and drives requirements trade-offs by proposing solutions to BUFU leadership. Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed. Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website. Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work. Collaborates on creation of project plan and tasks for the team.
