Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. To attract and retain the best staff possible, we are offering a bonus for all those who sign on and work with us through the end of 2020. Bonuses of between $90 and $490 dollars are possible, depending on when you join our team between now and December 31, 2020.

Salary range for service hours: $12/hr. - $15/hr. (all wages will increase as of January 1, 2021)

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with personal care assistance (e.g., grooming, bathing, continence care)
• Assistance with transfers and ambulation
• Companionship and client engagement

Requirements:

• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
