                Job Description

                Responsibilities

                In this role, you will be responsible to provide support in the fiscal compliance, funds control, cash management, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, oversight, financial transformation and financial reporting.

                Additional duties include:

                • Financial statement analysis, financial information, reporting results, financial statement audit report analysis, and cross-IC coordination to develop solutions for common audit material weaknesses;
                • Financial management plans and strategies;
                • Enterprise-wide financial guidelines, accounting methodologies, and standard processes;
                • Financial management workforce plans and strategies;
                • Communications with key stakeholders regarding financial management improvement processes; and
                • Our consultants help cleints meet today's needs while looking at the future of financial management and providing valauble insights.

                Qualifications

                The following are qualifications required to be considered for this role:

                • An CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance and COUNTER INTELLIGENCE polygraph
                • A Bachelor's degree
                  • Degrees preferred: Accounting, Business or Finance
                • Experience with government clients
                • Experience with internal controls
                • Experience with federal financial statement preparation and analysis.

                The following are desired skills/knowledge:

                • Master's degree in business, accounting, or finance
                • FIVE (5) years of experience working with:
                  • federal financial statement auditing
                  • internal controls compliance
                  • federal financial statement preparation and analysis.
                • FIVE (5) years of experience with the Federal Government with at least ONE (1) year of experience with one or more of the Intelligence Community members.

                • THREE (3) years of audit experience in accordance with Yellow Book Standards.
