We're looking for a dependable individual that's comfortable working independently to provide administrative support to our 401(k) department as a 401(k) Support Processor. This opening is located in Syracuse, NY and would be counted on to accurately and efficiently process plans for our customers.

As the 401(k) Support Processor, you'll perform a variety of administrative and support-related tasks, such as:

• Provide support on daily work items, including data entry, entering 401(k) plan benefit elections, and researching location of 401(k) participants who have relocated
• Answer in-bound calls and assist with customer questions
• Review and direct documents received through mail, email, or fax
• Create and manage tasks in our work tracking systems
• Organize, maintain, and retrieve files for other associates
• Scan and archive documents to maintain electronic 401(k) files
• Support 401(k) document preparations, including mailing of new business materials, attaching signed documents to the appropriate tasks, uploading documents into our systems, and various other projects

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience working in an office or administrative environment
• Prior 401(k) processing experience beneficial
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work with detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Organized, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
