Research Assistant (Statistical)/Survey Analyst
Years of Experience:0-4 years of experience applying statistical methods to survey or information processing systems including frame maintenance; data research, editing, analysis and interpretation; and in researching energy industry information.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

The position entails work on a variety of activities related to the development of annual state-level estimates of energy production, consumption, prices, and expenditures by energy source and consuming sector. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and eye for detail; also must be a self-starter, able to work independently on research items as well as in a team to correct problems and ensure data quality. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as well as outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
