• we take care of the business, including marketing, accounting, payroll, rent, etc. so that you can focus on your creativity and customer interactions
• we pay you for sick/vacation time, in addition to paying you even when the salon is not busy so that you can predict what your minimum monthly income will be
• you don't need to worry about attracting clients, making chair/salon rent, ordering supplies, plumbing, etc.!

• we don't offer color or perms to minimize your exposure to harmful chemicals

• be eligible to work in the United States
• either have or be eligible to receive a valid Washington State cosmetology or barber license (if you have previous hair cutting experience, get in touch with us and we can try to help you get licensed)
• live within a reasonable commute from one of the salons (or plan to relocate -- no relocation assistance is available)
