Zak's Home is a regional home furnishings center serving customers in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, Southwest Virginia and Eastern Kentucky. We are a family owned and operated business that has been part of the Tri-Cities community for over 49 years.

We are currently seeking full and part time Sales Professionals.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and selling quality, brand name furniture and bedding
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals on a consistent basis while providing exceptional service and building quality relationships with our customers
• Developing product knowledge by learning product features, advantages and benefits
• Understanding processes and procedures related to sales and credit transactions
• Assisting to maintain an attractive store appearance -- cleanliness, merchandise presentation, price tags, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, weekend and holiday hours

• Paid training starting on first day of employment -- guaranteed base pay plus commission and bonuses during introductory training period
