                        Salary Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (may be eligible for signing bonus) contingent on meeting the requirements listed below

                        Responsibilities of an Infant / Toddler Teacher include:

                        • Co-lead a classroom of eight infant or toddlers
                        • Work closely as a teaching team to individualize the curriculum to meet the children's needs
                        • Support children's social and emotional needs
                        • Complete developmental assessments and screenings
                        • Work as a teaching team to complete parent/teacher conference and home visits
                        • Encourage and support parent involvement in the classroom
                        • Create a safe and healthy learning environment
                        • Supervise the safety of the children in care
                        • Communicate with coworkers and families in a warm and professional manner
                        . Requirements:

                        Required and preferred qualifications for an Infant / Toddler Teacher:

                        • Early Childhood Teacher Qualified in the State of Colorado
                        • Infant/Toddler CDA (Child Development Associates) OR
                        • Associate's (AA/AS) degree in ECE or any field OR
                        • Currently enrolled in a AA/AS or BA/BS program
                        • Bilingual - Spanish, Arabic, Amharic, or Somali (a plus)
                        • Experience with the Montessori philosophy (a plus)
                        • Ability to work full time work week, Monday through Friday, occasional evening meetings
