Summary: The Assistant Manager generally supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop and lead a team of dedicated people that strive to provide exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations and have the overall responsibility of directing operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. They will participate in many facets of management, including but not limited to, recruitment, training of staff, customer relations, food and beverage preparation, team management and retention, enforcement of company policies and procedures, and much more.

Typical Physical Demands: May occasionally lift 35lbs or greater. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, stoop and stand on a frequent basis and for extended periods of time. Being able to stand for long periods of time is required.
Special Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
