Initial project involves re-architecting and redesigning the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) procurement process from a legacy SharePoint application to a modern, cloud-based implementation. Collaborate with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders using cutting edge technologies to solve challenging cloud engineering solutions and implement cloud best practices Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders through the creation and prioritization of user stories that will guide Developers and other team members during product development Work collaboratively with the Scrum Master and Development Team to support Agile meetings, sprints, daily stand-ups and reviews Through an intimate understanding of the current and future system and in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, define and prioritize the product feature backlog and align them with the product strategy Conduct requirements gathering and participate in analyses, studies, tests, evaluations and demonstrations for the customer solicit user requirements to be used in the creation of functional designs (data flow diagrams) Work with functional requirements at all stages of SDLC and mediate between stakeholders and programmersdevelopers Lead the planning effort for product releases and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Provide technical support services to include developing, updating and maintaining programmodule specifications, operations requirements, security and data requirements Keep abreast with Agile Scrum, Domain Driven Design and Cloud best practices and new trends Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering, math, science or information technology related field 15 years of relevant experience with IT development projects 5+ years of leadership experience as Product Owner or Product Manager or Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
