Small, fast paced, well established restaurant in downtown seeking hard working, punctual, dependable team players for day time line cook, prep positions. Weekend availability is required. Closed Sun, Mon nights and most Holidays.
Line Cook/ Prep cook- must have a minimum of 3 years experience in upscale dining, knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques, experience with a wide variety of cuisine, knife skills and the ability to communicate and multi task. Lunch and Brunch hours available. Typical shift is 8 am-4 pm
