Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an awesome, caring individual to handle our important front desk responsibilities and to also be part of the team that supports our clients and CAREGivers after hours. This is not a traditional work schedule. You will work 20-25 hours during the regular work week, but also handle after hours phones on certain weekdays and weekends. It is important that such a schedule be a good fit for your personal situation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Being the first voice people hear when calling Home Instead. Answer incoming calls and insure the caller has the support they need
- Assisting the office staff with various support functions
- Managing our small fleet of company vehicles
- Some filing and paperwork
- Handling after hours phone calls on certain specified weeknight s and weekends
What characteristics are we looking for in a candidate?
A passion for seniors
Previous experience as a CAREGiver is a big plus
Previous experience in a front desk/receptionist or call center role
Ability to multi-task
Previous experience in a high paced environment where priorities can change rapidly
Excellent verbal communications skills
