• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a restaurant or related field. • Flexible and long hours required at times. • Ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed. • Must be able to maneuver safely throughout the walk-ins and kitchen during the shift. • Able to handle and operate safely: steamer, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat slicer, digital scales, automatic dish machine, all chemical solvents and hot water. • Has the ability to reach overhead, carry/transport sheet pans, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist, crouch and communicate intentions to co-workers.
